The Preston
Studio - 2 Bedroom Apartments in Los Angeles, CA
welcome to The Preston, your new home.
Miracle Mile luxury with Central LA energy. At The Preston, you’re moments from Museum Row—LACMA, the Academy Museum, Petersen Automotive Museum, and the La Brea Tar Pits—plus The Grove, the Original Farmers Market, and the new Wilshire/Fairfax Metro D Line station for easy trips across the city.
Choose from studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment layouts designed with polished everyday comfort: quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank wood-style flooring, walk-in closets, in-home washer and dryer, and select gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, or a private patio or balcony.
Beyond your door, unwind at the resort-inspired pool and The Plunge poolside lounge with BBQ grills, fit in a workout at the fitness center, settle into the business and living lounges, or take advantage of controlled access, package service, garage parking, EV charging, and a paw park. Here, classic Wilshire Corridor culture meets the convenience and style of a well-connected Los Angeles address.
